Step 6:

You may close your large image now so you can work with the image you just pasted as new. When asked if you want to save the changes your the image say no.

Step 7:

We need more space around the image. Go Image/Canvas Size and add more canvas so that you have a lot of clear space around your image. Don't worry about giving it too much space as you can crop it right after if the need arises.

Step 8:

Now we need to give it more of an "egg" shape so make your Pic Tool the active tool. Hold down your "ctrl" key and then using one of the "Top" nodes move it towards the center of the image, then use one of the bottom nodes and pull out to make the wider bottom of the egg. Not too much you only need enough to make the image look more like an egg.

Step 9:

Now that you have a more egg shaped image you should crop it so that it will not hog so much memory while you complete the tutorial.

Step 10:

Click on the top bar of your image and move it over to the upper left corner of your screen. You will want to see the effects of the next step in order to find something you like for your egg.

Step 11:

Your almost done. Go Selections/Select all and with your selection tool the active tool "touch in the center of your image". Then go Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope. You can move that window over to the right if it is cutting off a portion of your image.
