Step 20:
Make sure you are on the top layer the layer with your Diamond Frame. Using your Magic Wand Tool touch any part of the "Black" color and it should select ALL of the black. If it does not go Selection/Modify/Select Color Range and in the color block make it black then click ok and all Black will be selected.

Step 21:
There is a little trick to PSP when you want to fill a selection with color and that is to use the "Air Brush" tool. Why? Well because it will not leave a tiny portion uncolored like the "Paint Bucket" sometimes does.
Make your Air Brush tool the active tool and change the foreground color to white and paint over ALL the black portions and be sure to run over the edges so it all gets painted white.
Step 22:
Use the Filter/Plugin of your choice and fancy up the diamond shapes. Deselect now.
Step 23:
Make the bottom layer your active layer and then either bring up the image you want to frame if you already have it there. If not open it up now.
Step 24:
With your image open go to the Layer control box and double click on the word background to make it a Raster Layer. Then Left click on that layer hold down the click and drag that layer Over To the Diamond Frame image and let the click go. Your image should be exactly centered between the Diamond layer and the bottom layer.

Make your Pick Tool the active tool and move your image around until you have the portion you want to frame in the excat center, you may need to enlarge your image slightly I did so instead of using Image Resize click on the "Pick" tool and use the nodes to make it large enough so you don't see any transparent parts. Just so you know I saw that little bit on the right side "After" I made the screen shot. I did fix it :-)

Step 25:
Now it's time to remove the portions of your image that are Outside of the middle. It is really simple and easy to do and you don't need to use the Eraser to do it either.
Make your Bottom layer the active layer (the one that holds the patterned part of your image.

Touch in the middle of the image, then with the marching ants still moving make the middle layer the active layer

Now go Selections/Invert and then hit your delete key a couple of times.
and you should have this.
