Animated Funky Frog and Silly Hippo

Are you ready to begin this tutorial? if so then the first step is to open the "Funky Frog" image in your PSP.
Step 1:
Make a copy of your funky-frog image by doing a Shift + D on your keyboard.
Step 2:
I usually save my copies as working-image.psp and that is the one I work with.
Step 3:
You need to increase the colors though as that image is a "TIFF" image. Go Image/Increase Color Depth/ 8 bits/channel.
Step 4:
Go Image/Resize and resize it to a more manageable size. Here are my settings.
Step 5:
Over in your Layer Control Panel Double click on the word Background. This will make your image into a "Raster" image. (this means that when you delete a part of the image the background will be transparent).
