This is what you will be making.

Skill Level needed to complete this tutorial:
Moderate to Expert
There will be very few screen shots.

For this tutorial you will need
1. Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8
2. DSB Flux Filter
3. EyeCandy 4000
And this image or one of your own. Right click and save to your hard drive.

Step 1:
Open your image and make two copies close the original and minimize one copy.

Step 2:
Add a twenty pixel border to your image (do not choose a color from within your image for the border) I am using a Bright Neon Pink for mine.

Step 3:
Using your magic wand click the new border. Now change your fill to Pattern and find the minimized image. Now flood file your new border with your minimized image. Do Not De-Select yet.
